Simple ... :)

In Windows, you have to add the control device and calibrate it there (i.e.
prior to starting the game). In the control panel, run the "Game
Controllers" applet and you'll be fine. Once you get to the game and you go
in to the controller configuration setting (don't know the real name as my
copy is in French), click on the appropriate button to change the steering
or whatever and instead of hitting a key turn the wheel.
