I have a problem with my MS Sidewinder wheel and TOCA2.  The wheel is always
either on the right or left. It can never be at the center.  Is either left
or right.  My wheel works fine in GPL.  Any ideas?

Is it set as a digital controller in the control settings? If so this may
explain it, it should be analogue.
