Does anyone know if the Reactor video card will work with windows 3.1 or will
I first have to upgrade to Windows95?

Currently the only Windows drivers are for Win95.  There is really no
market for Win3.1 drivers, as all the games written for the card will
either be DOS Rendition Ready or Win95 Direct3D titles.

Eric answered this correctly.  There is no Windows 3.1 Driver
planned.  We will be releasing Windows NT 4.0 Drivers later this
year.

Will these drivers include Direct3D (which is currently unavailable)
for NT 4.0?

NT 4.0 does not currently support Direct3D in any form, and it won't for at
least 2 more quarters.  Until then, nobody can support Direct3D under NT.
