Definitely 28th July in the UK - not sure about US.

I've missed a lot of post but I've noticed this when talking about GP3
several times.
WTF is this 'x-no-archive: yes'??????
Having spotted the release date as the 18th of July in a magazine I was
reading, I leapt into my car and sped off towards Electronic Boutiques like
the proverbial moron that I am, only to get there to find that I had read
the release date wrong and was precisely one month early.
That'll teach me to read things more clearly next time. :-)

Still upset that a year ago I read "MSFF uses more CPU cycles than the
Logitech" as "MSFF uses less CPU cycles than the Logitech". D'oh!
It's a pointer to deja.com to not archive that particular post.
My time machine accidently read July as June - todays date.
Time to upgrade!

It means that the image was scanned by "Echelon" and the system
decided not to archive it for later 'usage'.
