Papy's AI STINK!

Hi all ..just a comment on the AI in gpl and N4. My comments are aimed at N4
but I will go after gpl while I am here. I did some offline time over the
the last few days and you can't race these things worth a darn. I think
Nascar heats AI are better. You try to pass or run some laps with them
(papy) they bump or take you out. It is not a test of your driving skill,
Ridiculous..there must be a better way to configure the AI cars.

Venting..

Every sim has spots on each track where humans pretty much must learn to
let the AI go...trial and error is the only way to find them.  Heat took
a-lot of Heat for it's AI behaivior when it first was released.  They have
been patching it for over a year now....
I agree the original N4 AI were especially *** if YOU made a mistake.

Well said..Online play is a higher priority IMO..

Personally I feal Heat's ai are way too arcadish, just shove em out of your
way and they are fine.
While I wish the collision detection was maybe a little more forgiving in
N4, I think their ai are way closer to realistic than Heat's.

Don the patched version of the craftsmen truck series may have some
adjustments to the AI. Not sure though :o/
