I just upgraded to an Athlon XP2200+, MSI KT3 Ultra2 motherboard and Maxtor
30gb ata133 hard drive. Installed GPL and..... nothing. Kicks back to
desktop straight away. Sometimes I can see a splash screen for a split
second but most times not. I have it running on my old system on an NTFS
drive so I don't think that would be it. Do I just have too fast a system
now???

P.S. Anyone have GPL running on an XP 2200+?????

Have you applied the fast cpu patch?

Is disk indeks on ?
Running WinXp here Gpl did not work with indeks turned off.

I have GPL running correctly on a XP 1900+ (with Windows XP
Professional).
Probably you have to apply the patches, in particular that one for fast
CPUs.

Yes, you don't need it running on the whole system, just GPL's portion, for
those running NTFS. Indexing doesn't function on a FAT32 partition.
