Can you play this over a ipx network....or do you need a "real" network
setup...I thought this was supposed to work like Quakes multiplayer,
only max of 8 people.. any comments please.

Yes, you can play it over an ipx network, which I thought was a real
network? I understand the max no' of players is 8.

You can also play it via modem using the ipx protocal and dial up
networking.
