GPL and LWFF

I just acquired GPL after discovering this newsgroup..been using GP2 and
MGPRS2.  At setup, I can't seem to calibrate the LWFF with GPL although
it's been working with MGPRS2.  When I go into Controls, it won't assign
the wheel after pressing enter.  Can anyone help me out with this
seemingly basic problem?

did you enable direct input? it is a checkbox on the right ...
