Whoohoo!
"Will convert these tracks. Cleveland, Bullrun, Nashville, Trenton,
Osring, Silverstone, St. Jovite (final version) and South Boston [3.1
M]"

I thought I had all available GPL tracks, but Nashville and South
Boston don't ring a bell.. where can I download those tracks?
Are they road tracks?

Excellent job guys! Installer works *superbly* and the tracks... heck, any
chance of converting these graphics back to GPL? :o)

Mmm... you know, I *really* need to sign the GPL2 petition again. I'll buy
two copies, so two votes is ok... honest!

I've only managed a quick (ok, slow) lap or two of Silverstone and the
O'Ring, but it's a crazy experience... especially T1 at the O'Ring if you
forget to slow down. You'll believe a man can fly! <adopts best Superman

Well done again everyone concerned.

Sorry to have to tell you that Nashville and South Boston are N3-Tracks, and
you cannot download them legally from anywhere.

Unless Dave or someone else can pull something really special out of
their hat, we will never see the Ring and Spa and other such big tracks
converted, they're simply too big....or so I've been told

Of course if Eric B or Grant R or any of the other guys from Papy have
any info on this subject I'd be only too happy to pass it on to the
proper "authorities" ...:-)

A pox on you Andre ! :)  Nashville and South Boston are two of the most
"classic" bullrings in Nascar history, imo.  Great fun to race on.  Back in
the early 60's, Nashville actually had steeper banking than Bristol at one
time..........didn't last for long though.

South Boston is famous for it's bologna burgers.......need I say more ?<G>

I'm only reporting what I've been told, so I could have gotten this
wrong, but apparently N2002 doesn't support tracks bigger than a certain
size, I've forgotten the exact number, and this size is much smaller
than with GPL, so the problem lies within N2002 itself

The bore is fine, it's the stroke that's the problem.

Gotta second this one; God bless Dave Noonan & co.  Seeing the old haunts
with full NR2002 graphic, sound and physics glory certainly sparks the
imagination about what GPL2 could be. (pauses to mop up drool, imagining the
current sound code applied to a 12,000 rpm V12)

Wistfully looking forward to a *full* converter, *** lucre in hand.
Thank you Dave!
