GP2 sound problem

Hello , I have a problem with the sound in GP2, it appear's that the sound
is being heard about half a second too late.  It started after I had
installed a force feedback joystick which caused the program to crash, so I
re-installed it and since then had the problem. I have tried uninstalling
the joystick but to no effect.
Any help appreciated.

Not sure where the problem is, but a good place to start would
be to reinstall the soundcard's drivers.

Cheers!

Marc
