Weird GPL Split axis behaviour

Im not sure if this has been discussed before but here goes.

Today I fired up gpl only to find that gpl will only recognise that i
have a single axis throttle/brake combination with my logitech formula
wheel which I have been using in split mode since I got it.

First I thought I must have combined the axis's in the control panel,
so I check that and, no it was fine. The wheel definelty had 3 axis's
with 2 of them being used for the throttle and brake. I played around
with gpl's settings trying to calibrate over and over and nothing
would work.

Im stuck and would love any help from anyone who has encountered a
similar problem or has any helpful suggestions

Thanks for your time,
Kieran.

This happened to me with My Guillemot Ferrari feedback and Win2K.

In the control panel, In split axis mode, I had the separated graph for gaz
and brake but both pedals move the same axis...
Weird...

But It had never work correctly in Win2K for me. I went back to 98 and no
problem here.
I though that was the 2K drivers...

Sorry, I don't have any magic solution for you...

Kieran,
have you checked *all* locations where you can switch to "combined pedals"?
There are:

1. Windows setup Game controller
2. Profiler "General device settings" or so
3. Profiler "specified device settings"

If you have 2. at combined pedals and 3. with combined pedals unchecked,
everything should be fine..., until profiler forgets to start the profile, which
is reported to happen from time to time.

Advice:
uncheck the combined pedals - box in 2.

Hope this helps
