F1 2000 w/ Hercules Thriller?

Has anyone successfully run F1 2000 with a Hercules Thriller 3D?

In configuration mode, it only recognizes my 3dfx V2K.  I have
an AMD K6-233 with 64M, and get acceptable framerates only
with lots of detail off and the nose camera view.
