It's a lo-o-ong time since I did French at school. :)
And yes, I would imagine that "should of", etc., *would* appear strange to

42 is actually a cosmological constant (I think .... an Einsteinian 'fudge'
factor compensating for the anomoly between theoretical and actual
universe-expansion rate - if memory serves).

Won't the evil US Record companies try to sue you???

In my extremely humble opinion, listening to the radio series is the *best*
way to enjoy the H-HGTTG.
Goy, try Ebay.

Bruce.

Oh, and I have the original BBC TV production of THHGTTG on VHS. It
absolutely rocks! Super low-budget, but hillarious. Almost perfect!

Simply put, the legal system hasn't caught up with the digital world we
live in just yet and these laws are from the days when people such as
myself would tape songs from the radio or a borrowed LP, so the clever
people who make our laws decided that the artists needed some kind of
compensation for this and put a fee on "recordable media", namely tapes,
the proceeds was to be distributed among artists according to certain
calculations
There's no fee on CD's or DVD's btw as they were not around at the time
these laws were passed :-), besides, no US lawyer in their right mind
would come to Norway to sue someone, they'd freeze their butts off
