Hi
I am a nascar 3 racer and was wondering if anyone could be me a rundown on
how good this works with nascar 3 and any other games you play. It has two
versions the regular and mx version which would be the best for *** and
especially nascar 3.

Regular and MX work just fine with N3.  You only really need the MX
upgrade if you plan on also using another voice product to chat with
while driving.  Roger Wilco and Battcom work with the MX version very
well.  I have used a button on my wheel to mute CG and turnon Roger
Wilco.  Once I release the button, my  voice chat stops and GC again
pays attention to what I'm saying.  I do admit tho..that GC occaisionaly
doesn't recognize my command or gives me an incorrect one.

I too have had this happen. More often than I would like.
nothing like saying a command and having "exiting pits" come up on the
screen while your already on the track. :)

From my experience don't even bother trying to use GC without a headset.

Was frustrating taking off in airwarrior3 calling to bring my gear up
and having the engine shut off lol.  (standard boom mike thing)

Definitely use a headset.

Also, don't turn up the mic level any more than you absolutely
have to. See

 http://www.gamecommander.com/support/faq.html#Microphone

for more info about setting the mic level.
