F1C portland?

I heard there is a version of Portland in the CCC mod that does not have the
festival turn...but I can't find it.  Can someone direct me to where this
track is.  Also, I've searched all over and can't find Sebring's (short or
long) folder in this mod.  Can someone direct me to this track also?

Look over at RSC in the RSDG/SCC forum.  There are several threads on
where tracks are sitll available...a dwindleing number unfortuantely...

mod as it says it is?
