i have had Gp2 since it came out but had quit playing it until i
upgraded my computer, i bought the Sony 200mmx with 32meg ram, it is
really amazing now i can turn all the detail on and before with all
the details on, on my p150 when i pressed "o" it would stay around
200 now it only goes to 100 at Monaco in the middle of the city for
just a few seconds, i do have the Reactor from Intergraph the game is
100% better and now smooth a silk, is it just my computer and Reactor
card that giving me such great performance,or what is everybody else
complaining about,just my 2 cents

sorry you feel that way , i don't know why the great performace either,
but its the truth,i really could care less if anyone believes me or not
just the way it is

How the heck would you know michael maybe he's telling the truth. Some of
these computers are mighty fast. I have a 200mmx 32megs sierra screamin 3D
card and i run Nascer2 with everything on and it's silky smooth. Oh i'm
sorry i shouldn't be talking about my fast computer because you could
crying with envy right now . Your P5 90 mhz just don't cut it eh? Please
don't call anyone a lier until you know the facts cause well YOU

thank you , i mean what reason do i have to lie, and yes it is in
svga thank you i tried it again last night to be sure and it hit
116 just for a second in the middle of monaco the rest of the time
around 89, tell me how to take a screen shot of it and i'll prove it
or is there a way to save a replay of it

Better and easier yet, just run Cbench(SVGA) and tell me what you get.
Under Win95 I get a score of 76.1 at 45.6 fps. If you don't have it,
you can get it at www.sysopt.com/cbench.html.

I have a p200 oc'd to 208 w/83Mhz bus speed. There is no way a p200
can outrun it. Besides, we are talking GP2! A p90 with 3d card can
run N2 smooth!

He is using VGA and not SVGA, that might be possible. I have a
Pentium II 266 with Matrox Mill and I can only dream of OR of 100% at
Monaco. It is much better now, but 100%, yeah right !!!

GP2 is waiting for the P8 at 500Mhz, and it will run at 100% at
Monaco. Imagine the "newness" of the game in the year 2001. Have a

running in svga with everything front and back on and 116 is the highest
is goes in the middle of Monaco the rest it around 89, i can't explain
it just the way it is, like i said i'll be glad to prove it if someone
could tell me how to save the replay or screen shot

Ok.....switch VGA off and try it in SVGA, you are in for a real treat,
evan if your FR and O suffer. Wake up and stop dreamin.

well i am not in vga as i have said in the past ,i have had it since it
came out and do pc support for a living, sorry i am getting such great
perforance out of my system like i said before i really could care less
who believes me but it just the way it is, i have seen only one post in
support of me, the rest of you just want to dog me so all i have to say
is kiss my ass, but i am running in svga with all details on front and
back and only 115% in the middle of the city and 89% the rest of the way
around
