N2 and win98 Problem

Just installed Win98 and now my Nascar2 won't start up.  My computer
locks up when I try to start it.  I had a Dos shortcut written to start
with the RENDMA.BAT file.  Use to start up great with that.  What can I
do, help anybody?   Thanks in advance for those who respond.  Pat

I run ok on 98. Try reinstall NC2.
