Do I have a good Video Card

I just bought a Graphics Blaster 3d Video Card 4MB for my computer,75
mHz 32 MB ram,but yet I still cant run with most of the graphics on,Is
this a bad video card or do I need to chage something else to get a
better performance,Thanks in advance

At this point I would say it's time for a new processor.  You may want to look
into one of the many chip- doublers-- an add on chip to incease processor
speed.  Cost effective but not a tremendous gain.  If you can handle it a new
PII chip would be your biggest gain also most expensive.  You can find whole
PII systems around for $1200+.  I went through the whole mess a few months ago,
researching, asking questions ect ect... I wound up getting a whole new system.
 A Dell PII 266.  It's great!  I run N2 with ALL graphics, all cars, all
sounds, everything and never see it skip.
Good luck on your search for faster speeds-- both on the track and in the box.

Get an amd k6 233 it's better than a PII 266 I've seen thjem next to each
other and the amd blows the P2 away
