With a Playstation emulator you can run Gran Turismo 1 or 2 on your PC!
Check this link:

http://www.epsxe.com/news.php

After you download the emulator, you'll need to get the various plug-in's
for video, sound, cd-rom, etc and configuring them can be a bit of a pain,
as it's not very well documented, but the cool thing is that unlike the
Playstation which can only display limited resolution (640x480 I believe)
with your PC you can run as high a resolution as you'd like, use FSAA and
the various other bells and whistles that a modern video card can support.

Enjoy!

I would do this if I still had my PS2.  I sold it last year and have missed
it ever since.  Thanks for the info,

Keith

Give LFS a try, it has good AI as well as good online racing.

Try Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed.  It is a little old, but is still a good
game.  It has a lerge number of cars (although all Porsches), and a few
different game modes for variety.  The only problem is that there are not that
many courses, and none of them are real world courses. (the courses they do
have a very long and very beautiful).
