Hi,

does anyone recoqnize a flickering of the rear view mirrors in GPL with a
Creative Geforce 256 card in OpenGL-mode. The rest of the screen (1024x768)
looks fine, only the mirrors go mad.

I have not been able to try the game out in the other modes in 1024x768,
because it won't let me choose such high resolutions in both rendition and
3dfx.

Hope to hear from you...

Bart Westra posted once:

"They are in the properties for your Nvidia graphics card.
You get there via the Display Properties in Control Panel. Click
Settings - Advanced - RIVA TNT - Additional properties - OpenGL
Settings. Then set Buffer flipping mode to "Use block transfer"."

That should solve the flickering...

GPL & Geforce DDR with Windows 2000 & Nvidia drivers runs ok (no flickering
mirrors).

Not as good a frame rate as a voodoo2 without lowering mirror refresh rates
though.
