Help me decide which 3D card to choose from.  Of course, it has to be
of the Rendition variety.  Please give me your opinion

Pick one! If you want some cool shades get the Canopus, I think it even has
a better RAMDAC? than the others. I have an Intergraph and it only works
great all the time!

I just bought a rendition sierra screamin 3D and I love it.  Had a few
instalation headaches, but it only took an hour to totally setup and
upgrade the software.  N2 looks SOOOO much better and I can have
everything on!  You can get a cheaper rendition but I wanted icr2 and
A-10 tank killer2.  It a solid card and one of the fastes in 2d.

IFFF Papy did a Voodoo Nascar I would recommend the Voodoo (now at $156 after
rebate) hands down. In all like game the performance is better, not stating
the Rendition is bad but anybody would take better.

We now have encorporated GL Quake into our Nascar 2 group as it's splendid on
the voodoo at 40 frames and better gfx than Vquake.

BUTTTTT since there isn't a Nascar 2 voodoo and if that's what you want and
probably so otherwise you wouldn't be here then your gonna need a rendition. I
recommend eithe Sierra or Intergraph. Go with Intergraph since Sierra won't
make a voodoo patch!! :)

Man I love both especially the voodoo and the voodoo 2 banshee being released
at the end of the year sounds unreal. Over twice the current voodoo in fill
and poly throughput, 8 meg texture ram, two texture mapping units, 4meg frame
buffer, tri-linear filtering and antialaising in hardware. I'll never need
more than a P133 when the graphics cards are this good. And THAT IS GREAT!!!
