HELP ! LogiTech Wheel Conversion ?

by Jude » Sun, 20 May 2001 03:48:31

Hey !

I just got off a friend the LogiTech Formula Force GP(red wheel) !

I like it cept for the lack of paddles in the rear. What they there instead
are just buttons.

Has anyone modified the FF wheel to somehow get back the paddels that
LogiTech had like on my old NON Force wheel has ?

Is there a site that someone out there has for this change over?

I have also noticed that there are no more lights on the steering wheel(FF)
is this how it comes now ? OR are the 4  red buttons suppose to lite up ?

If I was to be real picky here - I miss the all round *** feel to my old
Logi wheel - I noticed that they have swapped it for more plastic giving it
a cheepy feel to it - has any tried to modify the grip ?

OR can I somehow JUST replace my old wheel and re-mount it on the new base
???????

Easy job.
Place a "Logitech GP for sale" on ebay and look for a 2nd hand old LWFF.
This should work for you <g>
