I thought the ProSeat looked hot, so I ordered one.  Six weeks later, they
still couldn't say when it'd ship.  They may not be crooks, but their
logistics are shtupped.

I ordered plans from the Racebase folks and it was mostly an enjoyable
experience. In fact, my completed sim is on their site as is a link to my
construction page:

Stephen,

Did you order it through Sim***ion or direct from ProSeat?  What style
did you order?  I am the owner of ProSeat and do not recall any order
cancellations.  We did experienced problems getting the ButlerBuilt seats
back in the spring, these fill are used on our Outlaw chair.  This was due
to both WC and WoO seasons starting and they still take about 4-5 weeks to
get.  Other than that things have been on a 1-2 week shipping date.  We are
certainly not crooks and have been in business now for 2 years with over 150
satisfied customers :-)

Allen,

It was almost 2 years ago.  I saw your company on the Net (then proseat.net)
and called the number listed, in good faith.  I heard nothing for several
weeks so I called again to inquire abt. the status of my order and got the
runaround.  I called several more times and had my chain jerked.  After abt.
6 weeks, I called and cancelled the order.  No apologies or credible
explanations were offered.  Shortly thereafter, the Web site went dead, so I
assumed it was just another fly-by-night outfit that had collected orders
and fled with the proceeds.  Not so.  I called my credit card company and
they confirmed that my card had not been charged.  I still like the product.
If you can guarantee a delivery date, I'd order it again.
