A playable demo of F1GP2 was available at Supergames 95, Paris...
Very restrictive : VGA only at Monza, Quick Race, no special
details (lights spots..), no rear-view mirror.
The only parameter was the frame rate : 18 max on the Pentium 90,
8 Mo ram...
It was fast enough but not very smooth :-(
Same sensations as F1GP, lots of details on cars, much better in
the 'out of road' simulation :-)
Having dreamed so much looking Microprose Web pictures, I was a
little bit disapointed.. but obviously Geoff hasen't finished at
all yet !
Microprose staff said it will be release early january... courage
les p'tits gars !

Salut Bonhomme,

        Dis moi, tu me fais peur.... 18 images par sec sur P90, c'est en SVGA
au moins, hein.... dis moi oui....hein...

( For English people.... I'm worrying about the frame rate... hoping
that we are speaking of the SVGA mode....)

Anyway, ICR2 can't beat F1GP2...
