N2: Can Papyrus answer these....please...?

I know we've dealing with "shock percentages" in N1 and N2 for quite some
now, but what is this a percentage of...?  Why not have spring rates, like the
real guys have?  I don't think I've ever heard Jerry Punch talk about shock
percentages, but he does mention spring rates quite a bit on the qualifying
shows on "the Duece" (that's ESPN2 for those of you without cable...!<G>)

Multiplayer - Do the first two cars have to be "T_Player" and "J_Smith"?
The reason I'm asking is this:
I have "J_Mckin" (#12 Chevy) and "J_MccLa" (#17 Chevy) as my first two cars
in Multi.lst.  A friend of mine (Lyman) has not changed his list, so he has
"T_Player" (his #49) and "J_Smith" (the #50 car).
When I ANSWERED, on my computer, I was in "J_Mckin" (the 12), and he showed
up in "J_Mccla" (the 17)(this is normal for the answering computer).  However,
on Lyman's computer, he was in his car (T_Player)(his 49), but apparently my
'puter sent the correct file (J_Mckin)(12) to him, because I showed up in MY
car (NOT the J_Smith car!)(the 50), but he DOES NOT have the "J_McKin"(12) car
in his Multi list!
Now...when HE answered, on my computer, HE shows up in MY "T_Player" car
(#104), and I'm in my car (12).  On HIS 'puter, he's in his 49, and again, my
"J_McKin" #12 shows up over there, even though he doesn't have that car on his
Multi list.
  So...basically, here's how it's it set up:
My multi list:  J_Mckin #12         his multi list:  T_Player #49
                       J_Mccla #17                             J_Smith #50
  When I answer:  my computer - me:  J_McKin #12
                                                him:  J_Mccla #17
                           his computer - him: T_Player #49
                                                  me: J_McKin #12
  When he answers:
                    my computer:  me: J_McKin #12
                                         him:  T_Player #104 (MY T_Player car)
                    his computer:  him: T_Player #49
                                          me: J_Mckin #12
Is this something that was "fixed" by  the patch?

  Now on to more....
I was watching Talladega qualifying yesterday.  Most cars were in the
high-49's, low-50 second bracket.  This is about 193 mph or so.  When I run
NASCAR 2 qualifying, the cars are qualifying at like 195 mph! (I can "only get
about 191 or 192 on a good lap...) 100% strength, no changes to RELS or BLAP.
Would it help to change the BLAP to about what Andretti ran yesterday, to
kinda update the track record WITH the plate?  I  don't think we'll ever see a
sub-45 second again....
Is there a way to set the MINMUM spoiler angle to 45 degrees?  This is the
current NASCAR specification.
Well, I  guess that's it.  In NASCAR 3, PLEASE implement the spring rate
instead of shock percentages....and the 45-degree spoiler.
  Thanks!

                                                                     Jimmy
