SuperBikes Patch??

Can anyone tell me whether there have been any patches released for
EA's SuperBike sim. Although I really enjoy this sim one of the things
I find very frustrating is the lack of a save game feature. I simply
don't always have the time to sit through all the practice, qualifying
and race sessions in one sitting.

Also is there a no-cd patch available, i'm always very worried that
with the constant insertion and removal of the cd every time I want to
use the game that it will get damaged.

OK Fair point... but I do like to go through all the sessions when I
can.. just not always all in one sitting.
