Just in case you haven`t seen, there`s a patch available at :

which is supposed to remove the annoying time limit in the demo.
Haven`t tried it but might be worth a look.

Shame as it really takes away from the racing and the graphics, which
really are superb - replays especially. Best I`ve seen in a bike game
ever.
Check out the sounds from the Kawasaki - one of the other bikes in
replay mode. Much nicer than the Ducati.
