Logitech Wheel and Win95

The website indicates you need Win98 for USB support on the Logitech
Wingman Formula Force. USB support is available with some of the later
versions of Win95 and through patches. I assume you can use the Logitech
wheel with Win95 on the USB port as long as you have the version which
supports it. Anyone have any direct experience with this one?

Secondly, what is the deal with the pedals, are they as bad as some have
indicated or is it just personal preference?

Brendan, Greetings from Sunny California...well not so sunny today, but
anyway...I've had the wheel for almost a week now and I'm not growing any
fonder of the pedals. F1RS is a nightmare with these things even with the
sensitivity set as low as possible in the game and the software. Most other
sims are ok, but these pedals do require an immense amount of concentration. I
wish there was a way to use my old CH pedals with this wheel :-(

BTW, is Drysdale's Auto Books still open in Brisbane? One of the finest auto
bookstores I've ever been in.

I just installed a usb card in my 200mmx with win95b and it works fine.
As for the pedals, the positioning isn't bad, there just needs to be
more resistance.  My ankles get numb from trying to hover over the
pedals when I'm not mashing them.

Yes, it does. OSR 2.1 or 2.5 work fine.

The easiest way to check if you have 2.1 or 2.5 is to have a look in the
device manager; if it lists a USB entry, you should be fine.
