Wheel problems with Nascar2 in Win95

Hi,
    I have recently started using NASCAR2 with Win95 and have noticed
a few problems with it regonizing my T2 wheel.  It seems that whenever
I restart Win95 and run NASCAR2, the game looses all the information
about my T2 wheel, calibration info and control settings.  In fact the
controls revert to the keyboard settings instead of the wheel
settings.  Is it a problems with Win95 regonizing my wheel? or is it
NASCAR2?
