For me it was due to a double installation og GPL.
Evidently it cannot handle having 2 of everything. My cure was
to reinstall GPL.
You can, as I did, move your entire c:\sierra\gpl folder to
another location before reinstalling to make sure you can
remember all the add-ons. That worked for me.

The problem is that everything is wrong AFTER reinstalling GPL :( so
reinstalling again i guess won't
do anything right :( but thanks for trying and tahnka for help in advance
