Another VROC question

I downloaded the latest Vroc(2.1) and patched gpl to the latest version but
vroc tells me my gpl version is incompatible. As a result all races have the
red dot.
Also I have no ping values. I have an adsl connection and already made a
change to the core.in for choosing ip numbers.
Any help would be appreciated.

Double-check VROC's path to GPL.exe...?
