How good do you have to be to race on VROC? - I'm a novice - 1:08.xx at
Watkins Glen and 1:33.xx at Monza.
Can you race on VROC from UK?
I'm currently downloading NN 4.5 but I've read on this ng that it gives
problems with VROC's Java - should I install 4.5?
Thanks in advance,
Paul

Im running Netscape Communicator 4.06? or 4.6? and just ran vroc for
first time.  I run Monza at about same time (only track familiar with)
and hosted a race.  Had 2 or 3 connected but they dropped out after
crashing so not sure how good their conx was.

Site says you need Netscape 4.7? but I had no problems.
Go for it!

Hi Paul

It's good enough. You won't win races, yet, although the key to win is
to stay on track. The thing to keep in mind is, obey the, unwritten,
rules. Thus, when lapped in a race, make room, or when in practice, if
you are not on a hotlap, (a pitout lap, or after a mistake so you know
you won't beat your best time), make room too.

And, be polite...

Many people do.

Dunno.

You are welcome, see you on the track!
