Does anyone know how to edit ICR2 so that the green flag at Mid-Ohio
falls in the back straight as it did in the real race on Sunday?

Not just this Sunday, but for years the green flag has been shown on the back
straight to start the race.  There is probably no way to change this in the
game because after the start, the green flag is shown on the pit straight.

actually think there is a way to fix this. But is has been that way at
Mid-Ohio for awhile, and nobody has done anything about this so I'm
guessing there's no way to fix where the green flag drops. There is a way
to fix where the green flag drops through the use of messing with the track
texts, but then there would be nowhere for the pace car to go? I dont know,
but I dont think its such a big deal.

The way Papyrus builds the tracks, they program them so that the start line and
finish line are always in the same place on the track.  So, you can move the
position of the green flag (through trial-and-error by changing the numbers for
GFLAG in the [track].TXT file), but it'll also move the position of the
checkered flag.

And before you ask, NO, I don't know how to edit GFLAG to correctly move the
position of the start/finish line on various tracks.
