ICR2: Stop & Go Green Flag Starts

I may just have to do away with the parade lap (unless I'm on the front
row).  The cars almost come to a stop (after running 80mph) while they
wait for the pace car to leave the track.  I have rear-ended the car in
front of me too many times.  Yet if I do remember to "stop", they get
the jump on me BIG TIME.  The same goes for restarts after yellows.

But, if I am on the front row the jump it gives me is wonderful!
However, it is not realistic.

This is most evident at Michigan. I think it has to do with where the
green flies and the speed of the pace car on pit road. It seems just
before the green flag the field slows to avoid passing the pace car at
the entrance to the pits. Speeding up the pace car's run through the
pits should cure this problem.
