NR1999 Darlington AI

Has anyone modified the AI for darlington in NR1999 to be more realistic?  All
AI seem way too aggresive in turns 1-2, and just plain stupid.  I know that
several modifications were made in N2 that made them behave like real drivers,
but I haven't found anything for NR1999.  Any help would be appreciated.
E-mail me or post here.  Thanks!

I've only fooled with this under Nascar2, but the one of the track files (the one
with laps, pit window, etc... defined) has a RELS setting which is sort of like
the "fine tuning" of the AI.  It's usually a number around 100 and raising or
lowering it makes the cars faster/slower on the track.  I had to change it for
C***te on N2.
