New glide wrapper for customization of GPL mirors refresh rate?

Mr Smiley has developed a nice Glide2x.dll that enables several good
things ;the best one is mirors refresh rate adjustments to increase in
game frame rate.

BUT: This wrapper is no more active since i installed 2.56 3dfx drivers.

Question:Is there a new version of this glide2x.dll somewhere that works
with latest drivers?
