It will run fairly well if you get a Voodoo1 or Voodoo2 graphics accelerator. It won't run as good as Nascar 99 - the minimum requirements have increased since then.
Pentium 200mhz 32 meg RAM, VooDoo2, AWE32 Soundcard, T2 Wheel...it's drivable, 8-9 fps in a pack, average 15, have seen up to 20fps. I run msconfig.exe and select selective startup, then the startup tab and turn off everything except systray.....that helped A BUNCH!!! Before that, it wasn't even drivable....
