Nascar 2 hardware requirement

Attention Ed, Rick or Adam L

First of all, thanks for making such great sim games that we all can
enjoy and keeping us up to date by reading this newsgroup.  Everyone has
been posting info about what they want to be included in Nascar 2 but Im
concerned about the harware requirements.  I have a Pentium 100 system
with 16 megs of ram.  It runs ICR2 with most of the details on, but i
have to drop detail on Nascar to get the same frame rate.  I realize
that the ICR2 engine is faster and much better than the Nascar engine,
and have heard that the Nascar2 engine is based on ICR2.  I really hope
this means that my computer will run the games at a high detail level
with a good frame rate.  It would be very dissapointing if the game is
only really good for those who have recently acquired a P-150, 166 or
200.  Thanks again for all your work.

I think from all accounts thus far you'll be fine. It'll use the ICR2
engine at the very least, along with any improvements made since then,
but it doesn't sound a big enough leap to warrant an upgrade in
itself. F1GP2 though, well, that's another matter for another day!
