Someone said I needed a patch to get n2 to work with a stealth card, but I
lost the address for the file.  Currently the unaccelerated of n2 freezes my
computer, and the rend. version has a really bad framerate.  Thanks.

Hi, Brian,

Which batch file are you using to start the rendition version?  Use
the Renddma.bat file, that's the one using dma.  Also, try using 4-bit
graphic instead of the default 16-bit, to improve framerate.  Just
edit the batch file and add -4 after nasrend.  The difference in the
quality of graphic is not that noticeable.  Plus, you should get solid
framerate.

If you want to run n2 in dos-only mode, go to http://www.bjorn3d.com/
There's a file (forgot the name of it) that will allow you to run n2
in dos-only mode.  Hope this helps.
