N4 Mouse Problem

I have a problem now that I have never had before. When I move the mouse in
N4 on the menu screens, the whole screen shakes! I have tried use software
cursor checked and unchecked, makes no difference.Then when I go to race,
the game is undriveable because it shakes so bad, what has happened?
P3 700 V5 5500 256m ram WinME SB Live Value TIA Will_H#24
