Has anybody had trouble with their screen shutting off for say
screen-saving?  I can go about 30 minutes, and if I don't remember to move
the mouse the screen shuts off.  When I move the mouse then the screen
comes back but the picture is frozen.  What can I do?

You'll need to disable the "green features" for your system...

1) Start your system
2) As soon as you see the bios screen appear (1st screen you see),
hit the DEL key - you'll be presented with a bios setup screen.
3) Select the appropriate menu selection (most likely called "Power
   Management")
4) Disable ALL of the features in this section, and hit the ESC key.
5) Select "Exit and Save" - when prompted, answer "Y" for yes.

Your system will restart as normal, but you shouldn't have the problems
you described any longer.  It's really quite simple, and with today's
"energy-efficient" monitors, you really don't need the power-down stuff
anyway, so it won't harm a thing.  Happy racing!!  :)

Best Regards,

Marc

If you are running in "pure" DOS mode you need to disable your "power
management" in your CMOS setup.  If you are running from within Win95,
you need to also insure that all "power management" is disabled in the
Win95 environment.

Are you running under win95? If you are and your using a shortcut, right
click on the icon and open properties go to the MISC. tab and uncheck
"allow screen saver"!

Hope this works and it is your problem
