HI barry, it gives you  nothing to upgrade your motherboard if you keep
that video card,it will only create a bigger bottleneck,one of my friend got a pentium 120mhz with the same video card of
yours(stinks sorry)and i got a p100 with a millenium 2mb and i run all the games
faster and with more detail than him.sure the best would be to buy both
but iif your short on money buy a good video card you gained more performance than a motherboard upgrade.

think of it this way your cpu is the engine of a car and the video
card is the transmission,even if you have 2000hp under the hood
if your transmission is low gear your top speed ain't gone a be much
faster.

Wait until NASCAR2 comes out and get yourself a Rendition based 3-D
accelerator card.
