Do a search before you ask stuff.  Randy posted the complete list of
files to be updated on this forum.  You should be able to deduce what
you need to redo from that. To be safe I would make sure that you have
the original copy of every file that is to be modified before applying
the patch.

No.  If you've modified any of the files that I mentioned in a post a
few
days ago (searching dejanews for "rec.autos.simulators multi.lyt"
should
find it), you'll need to copy only those specific files off the GPL CD
into
the proper directory on your hard drive before installing the patch.
(At
least for the US patch, I don't yet know how the European patches will
be
packaged).

Until European game distributors realize that they will not win against
the warez crowd and at the same time keep pissing off the paying customer
by silly protection schemes (buy new CDRom drive, put in CD to play, etc.),
they will keep loosing even more customers.
