OK, here's the rundown.

I'm getting an old Pentium 90 MHz system running.  One of my friends,
however, gave me some stuff he doesn't need anymore - some RAM and two
processors, a Pentium 200 MMX and a K62-400.  The problem is, the
motherboard does not have any defined bus/multiplier settings - rather, the
manual just shows what jumpers to use for what speeds.  Here:

Clock Speed  | J13    | J14    | J15    | J16 | JP28
-----------------------------------------------------
75 MHz       | Open   | Open   | Closed | 1-2 | Open
-----------------------------------------------------
90 MHz       | Closed | Open   | Open   | 1-2 | Open
-----------------------------------------------------
100 MHz      | Open   | Closed | Open   | 2-3 | Open
-----------------------------------------------------
120 MHz      | Closed | Open   | Open   | 1-2 | Closed
-----------------------------------------------------
133 MHz      | Open   | Closed | Open   | 1-2 | Closed
------------------------------------------------------

So how do I make this work with either processor?

Indeed, those settings are for the CPU speed, not fsb. New mobo is a
must!!

Dang...90 it is until I can get the cash for a real Socket7....or if I could
find some way to jack the multipliers up on the 66 bus...or would either the
P200 or the K62-400 underclock to 133 at a standard 133 voltage???  (What
the heck IS the voltage for standard pre-MMX Pentiums, anyway????)

The weird thing is that from what I can tell, 90 is 1.5x60, 100 is 1.5x66,
120 is 2x60 and 133 is 2x66...I can't make heads or tails which jumpers
control multipliers and bus speeds now!!!!

(What the heck IS the voltage for standard pre-MMX Pentiums, anyway????)

3.3v core and outer. MMX are 2.8v core and 3.3v outer. I run a 233MMX at
300MHz in my server at 3.2v inner/3.3v outer and it loves it.

From the table you wrote, I would say that jp28 is the multiplier, the
other four control the bus speed. Especially since the first four
jumpers are the same for 90 and 120 mhz (60 mhz fsb).
