where to buy gpl?

I just went to the local Electronics Boutique to get Grand Prix Legend (I
know I should have gotten it earlier) and they said it was on recall.  The
sales person said they thought a "new" version was coming out.  Does anyone
know what is going on?  Is Sierra releasing a patched version or what?  If
so, when can I get it?

What part of the country are you in? In the past week I've been searching
the computer software shops around southern california for different things,
been to 6 or 8 shops in my area and they've all had GPL on the shelves. Even
Office Depot had a copy next to N1999 and N3, no old copies of CART Racing
though<g>.

If it's the same as in the UK, it's come out on budget ("Sierra
Originals"). It costs about a tenner here, but it's only version 1.0,
so you'll need to get the v1.2 patch.
