VROC won't let me host...

I'm sure someone else has asked this...
I tried to setup a host at work (T1 line).  When I tried to setup the
multiplayer, there wasn't an option for TCP/IP.  I *know* TCP/IP worked, or I
wouldn't be able to run Netscape.  What setup option did I miss?  If I can get
it working, I'll leave it on a long host session after work so people can
access...

The readme.txt file (in the GPL folder) talks about using a core.ini
file with the option alternate_ip_address_lookup=1 ... check it out.
