Being a novice is just something everyone has to be till they get the
hang of what they are doing. Don't let the "PROs" get you down. They are
only PROs because they have run for a while longer then the novices. Give
your self some time and you'll be a PRO.
In the mean time, There can be only one winner at any race. That winner
is the one that sticks around long enough to see the checkered flag. If you
just try to survive odds are you'll come in at least in the top 10. If not
the top 3. Just because you are a "Novice" doesn't mean you can't win.
Case in point.. I ran a race at the Glen and qualified in 7th place.
At the drop of the green flag two of the front runners go together and
crashed. Later on some of the others got together and/or just plain lost
it. I ended up winning the race just because I survived.
