Momo ff problem

by Andre Warring » Mon, 13 Nov 2006 03:56:53

I haven't used my Momo in a month or so, and now all of a sudden it
doesn't have force feedback anymore :-/

When I plug in the usb, the 2 leds above blink very briefly, then the
leds stay off. I reinstalled the drivers, installed the wheel on a
different pc and tried it on my ps2, all with the same results.

Without the ff, the wheel and pedals do work, but the steering is very
inaccurate.

At the end of the month the G25 will be available in Holland and I
will buy it immediately, but untill then I would really like to fix
this problem. I just bought myself a new pc so I can play GTR2 in full
glory, and now I have this problem :-/

Any help is very much appreciated!

The ff is powered by the "external" power cord. So perhaps there lies the
problem.

Hi Bart!

I got a reply from Tom from Logitech this evening, and he told me the
same thing too. Sucks not having any electronical skills, now I have
to find someone who does to fix it for me :)

Andre
