In the demo, it's the Print Screen button. I don't see any reason why they
would change it in the release version. :-)

Now to pose a question: Does anyone know why Papy chose to save screenies in
the targa format instead of bitmap? You'd think the latter would be a more
accessible format for folks out there, and thus preferred.

The mid to late 80's were great times to be a kid with a 'Tendo, as I look
back. (remember Days of Thunder for the NES? Never got to play Bill Elliot's
game, tho.) I must've had two or three of those old grey machines
around...and every one of them got taken apart eventually. I can still
remember the Atari I assimilated, too. The "Borg" had nothing on me when I
was youngin'. :-D
Now, to back on topic...ahem..
I /still/ have to use a converter to view those stinkin' targa files! In my
book, if Windows doesn't support a picture format out of the box, then it
isn't a standard format (but I do recall Win95 semi-supporting tga in this
Picture Viewer POS app). In fact, the only time I ever need to view them is
when I want to mess around with Papy screenies. But, yeah, I could just
imagine how pissed I would've been with a what-the-hell-is-that file format.
:-)
Either I'm behind the times or Papy is (or is that was?), and I'm not sure
about either of 'em. :P I got on the scene around when NASCAR Racing 2 was
the shiznit and all that, yo (Yao!). But from what Dale has said about the
phone bills into Hawaii, I see that I was much better off waiting. I think
by comparison, the *** druggies habits costed less than the ***
racers of the time. ;)
