Ed, a question...

What's with the weird compression? Can't Zip be used ?

I don't have a decompressor installed for that, and I don't care to have
anything but Winzip installed...

I was able to open it in Winrar but was unable to extract it. Got

I installed a forein decompressor the first time it came out like this, but
I will never do it again. It screwed up all of my associations.

I don't understand the need for it either. We are all running Windows
computers. .ZIP is the standard everyone has.

It's called WinAce - and I used it for a purpose:

Replay uncompressed Rpy-file - original size 25941 kb
Relpay compressed using Winzip (max compression): 15 226 kb
Replay compressed using WinAce: 12 508 kb
That is over 2.5 mb or saved in size and time.

WinAce is can be downloaded for free :http://www.winace.com/
It also unpack *.zip, *.ace and *.rar files.

If you want to see the replay - get WinAce.

I just downloaded it and installed it and it didn't***up my file
associations, so you probably don't have to worry.

I have the latest ver. of WinRar and it work on .ace files (and most other
type) too.

I had no problem opening it in an old beta of winrar either, FWIW.

Fix your associations. Very simple to do and is an option in WinZip.

Powerarchiver is great I think because you can extract all of the file
types, ace, zip, rar.
